Worst experience ever! Their person showed up late to every zoom meeting. Failed to tell us they were going to bill us 17 thousand dollars for a 44 page poorly written Digital Adoption report. They appear to have just provided generic information without thoughtful recommendation. Downplayed a lot of information and was not upfront from the start – I was under the belief we would receive a $15,000 grant to help us with digital adoption and we would pay $1600 for their services – no bill was provided
upfront and only at the end did we find out that they take the $15,000 grant for the report. When giving the company a chance to recorrect or own up to what they did, they told me “They will add my recommendations to their report” So basically, they gave me a dud report, then asked that I complete my own report to my liking, they will retype it and send it back as their own…They personally believe the value in their report as the artist is worth $17,000. It is no use to our company and is what we already know – they typed the information that we gave them…..Then returned with generic answers. I brought up my issues several times and was not taken seriously, I was told “It doesn’t really matter, if you sign here you will qualify for the 15,000 grant.” They saw NO ISSUES with their behavior. Well being of customers is not of importance to this company - as a customer, I am wrecked.

Steer clear. We received misguided advice and my ex and I are now responsible for paying, years after our separation, for close to $10,000. Her response was very much a "Oh well, sucks to be you" kind of response with no apology or offer to rectify the situation. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere.
They convinced my friend to replace his 1year-old furnace with a heat pump, promising a full rebate($17500 gvmt total rebate plus group rebate$500) if he did it before the end of March.
The owner rushed him to make decision quickly because installing in April would mean a $2,000 reduction in the rebate amount. So my friend decided to get the heat pump installed in March, spending $17,500 along with a $500 inspection fee to the company.
Installation was done by March.
My friend tried to follow
up with the company a few times during April about the rebate application process, but NOONE responded to him. (although this company had a big advertisement saying " We Take care the WHOLE Rebate Application process for you ")
in May when my friend discovered that the application was NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED. *My friend took the screenshot of the application " incomplete", and they finally submitted the rebate application in middle of May.* And the company told my friend " DON'T WORRY THE REBATE will be issued BASED ON WHEN YOU INSTALLED, NOT WHEN YOUR APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED" which is obviously a lie !!!!
By the time they did submit the application, the government had exhausted the rebate funds. As a result, he lost out on a substantial $6,000 rebate.
In his frustration, my friend reached out to the company to express his disappointment and to seek compensation(because this company didn't handle the rebate application on time). Surprisingly, both the owner and employees of the company stopped responding.
This entire ordeal demonstrates how important it is for companies to honor their commitments(otherwise don't advertise and promise people that they will take care of WHOLE rebate application!!!!!) , especially when it comes to crucial matters like rebate applications, which are time-sensitive and follow a 'first come, first served' principle. This company is VERY irresponsible.
Their lion dance performances in Vancouver are top-notch. Also saw them doing kung fu demos and dragon dance, very impressive. Everyone in the club seems to be very well trained and also having a lot of fun while performing. All in all, one of the best martial arts clubs in Vancouver teaching traditional kung fu.
I used (Vancrown) to replacement our fence . The (Vancrown) team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Vancrown.

I’m not happy with my family doctor because everytime ,I makes a appointment for phone call I don’t get a call. Secondly June 30 I had made online appointment I was sitting 2 hours. Again I made on July 7 I have to wait a hour but receptionist didn’t put me in . I was getting late for my other appointment . She was telling me to go and back for my appointment as if I’m normal person . I had ankle surgery I’m still struggling with my ankle pain but my question is why taking too much people if u guys
cannot handle. We get one day off and have to sit whole day. What kind of service is this ? I was almost 10 years with this doctor but before receptionist was good. More then one year dr Sandu given me appointment for allergies specialist but I told receptionist to review I don’t know what she does. Too much now.

I went to 6 different dealerships. My Credit is not Good. A couple places were just rude and made me feel bad about my situation, others were judgemental or only trying to sell me something they knew i couldn't afford. I lost hope and figured i would just buy a beater for 1000 bucks. I was sad and depressed. I was looking on facebook at cheap cars i came across a listing with a Picture of my dream truck
. Figured might as well give it 1 more try. That's were i found Sunny! We exchanged a few msgs, i explained i had bad credit, but in a few words he said..."Brother we will get you approved". The next day he msgs me...your Approved! Not just that. He got me approved for an amount that gave me options to pick from 100's of cars and trucks. I went to their dealership and everything sunny said he would do for me, 100% he did. They are friendly people and they make it very comfortable and relaxed. We sat down and chatted...in comes the truck of my dreams! Sexy Truck! There was no pressure, he told me to take my time and think about it. (This is past closing time already) Wasent about making the Sale or selling me an expensive car.. They wanted to help me. That Feels Good.
They even reminded me that my credit is important and buying a vehicle that i can afford will improve my credit. If i have any concerns They are genuinely there to help. They value people, are honest, and treat you amazingly. The best part...Im in a vehicle I want, at a price that is more then manageable, and I made a couple new friends. These guys are so amazing. So if you plan on buying a car even if you have bad credit, take a couple mins and talk to these guys. Thanks Sunny, I want to give you a 10 star rating.
