Worst doctor I’ve ever had. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Diagnosed me with shingles when I had eczema, put me in a state of worry for days, while I awaited the fax for my medications, which he said he’d send. He never sent it and ignored all my correspondence. I struggled alone and he knew I was in pain. Unethical.
Please take the time to read this. Then decide for yourself if should stay away from this dealer (and other RV, car and motorcycle dealers that are owned by the Butler group) !!!!!
In August of last year, my wife and I purchased a used Class A motorhome from Camp Town RV in Manotick Ontario. On the day, we took delivery, we noticed that the “frame mounted” propane tank was heavily corroded and showed signs of leaking at the fittings (green residue). From my past experience with RVs and with
inspection standards, I felt that the tank was unsafe and that likely no filling depot would agree to fill the tank, rendering the motorhome unusable. (Propane is used in these motorhomes to supply fuel for the cooking system, heating system as well as refrigeration and water heating. As such, the motorhome could not be used for its primary purpose of being used to travel to live and cook in).
I took photos right away (dated) and we went inside of the dealership and brought this issue up to the Sales Manager, Bobby Parent. He suggested that they were not responsible for the issue. We took delivery after telling him that we would be pursuing the matter further.
After leaving there, we stopped at the Flying J in Napanee, Ontario to get the propane topped up. As expected, the attendant refused to fill it due to its condition.
Bobby Parent told us that we should have noticed the issue when we looked at the unit the first day. I feel that we have been taken advantage of by this dealer and the President of the company.
BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY SOLD US AN $80,000.00 RV THAT WAS NOT USABLE and will not help us pay for that and other required repairs.
We had to have the propane tank replaced at a cost of $3,200.00 so we could get it filled to use the motorhome.
We have sent registered letters to Pat Butler, President of Butler Group to no avail.
We have corresponded with OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers Association) the consumer protection group for motor powered vehicles and TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority), the group that regulates and polices dealers and installers of anything related to pressurized and other fuels, and containment and safety regarding all of these.
They seem powerless against this dealer and its owner.
Worst! $180 for interior detailing and this is what i get! So many spots not detailed well! I paid $120 for complete 2 years ago. I know, 2 years are far apart and so many things happened. But this? $180 for this kind of service?

Glasses have massive glare!
Staff is friendly but glasses are terrible. I was assured that my glasses would be anti-glare, however they have a distinct green filter and massive glare. It was so annoying I couldn't wear them and I returned the glasses. The owner claimed he sent them to the lab and they changed the lenses. However I saw no difference, still massive glare. The glasses were on sale, I guess you get what you pay for! I went back to the store for the 3rd time and asked staff to remove
the lenses from the frame and will have the lenses replaced by Hakim Optical.
Pizza was good
Owner is very rude, when asked time of delivery was it 30 min, or 60 etc. he ranted to me that since I was a frequent costomer I should not ask the question in a very rude tone. If he wants to loose customers...keep up the mood.
Stupid behavior for a business owner.
Mario Naïm was the worst travel agent I ever have. First thing. Put my birthday on my husband ticket and mind on his. Thank god I had to cancel his ticket I wouldn’t have known. Secondly the house was registered to my husband no other name appeared. Took a while to get the house We were 10 going to this trip. Rented 2 cars with budget; should have been told to register to fast track. We would have saved each other 2 hours in line. Told me I had to get my package for Disney ticket in blocks of days
. Totally not true. And the worst of all no respect for me as a woman I organize the trip for 10 people but he put everything in my husband name. I will never recommend your travel agency.
My friend told me he did a good job on his truck and with all the good reviews I thought it would be a walk in the park but I was wrong. I bought a Toyota TRD duel exhaust that replaces the single pipe exhaust on the tundra that was only 2 years old so it was in good shape. The guy who I got it from bent one side a little bit and when he removed it off the truck they could not get the bolts off so they cut the pipe. That’s why I came here, to get it welded back on and installed on my truck. I sent
him pictures prior and he said no problem. I went today with an appointment at 9am and there was a lady waiting for a 9:30am appointment. When I got there, he checked the exhaust in the back of the truck and told me 250-300$ and said that he would have to cut off a section that was bent and put a new piece of stainless pipe that would be an additional 150$, so I agreed because I wanted it done right. He put the truck up on the hoist and told me the flanges was not very solid and would have to weld little pipes (which he did do a decent in the front) and it would now be 650$ total. I did not want to put that much in it but it’s already here, so I agreed again. He installed the exhaust and didn’t even cut the the bent piece that he said he needed to replace but still charged me the 150$ and because he didn’t replace the bent piece he ended up cutting my right side pipe near the tail pipe and welding it back on. At this point it’s around 11:30am and he was rushed to get to his 9:30am appointment with the lady. He took out my truck and I went inside to pay him the 650$ cash no tax. I go check my truck and the left side that was not worked on was perfect, about 1 inch from the body but the other side was hanging about 3 inches lower. I went to get him and said “you think it looks good from the back, one side hanging down 1 inch and the other 3 inches”? He gets a bar, sticks it in that tail pipe and tries to bend it up but it did not work. He had to bring it back on the hoist but the lady’s truck was now inside so I had to wait for hers to be done. Once it was done, I thought he was going to do mine but he put another Tundra that looks nothing like mine on the hoist and then noticed it’s not my truck, took it out and finally brought mine back in. Now, he ends up cutting it again, in a different spot and welds it there. Now I have one pipe going straight out and one off set a bit (not as bad as it was at first because I told him to fix it). I came here because my friend referred me and I saw most of the nice jobs on the reviews, but that was not my case. To sum it up, he charged me 150$ for a pipe he never changed, made more cuts than he needed to and painted the welds to cover them up. If he would’ve just changed the bent pipe that he originally said he was going to, he wouldn’t have had to make the extra cuts. I will never go back or recommend this place unless it’s to fix the job he just did because it’s supposed to be lifetime warranty on the welds.
Terrible pharmacy with terrible service. Call on Tuesday to give sufficient time for them to make-up order and EVERY SINGLE TIME, it’s never ready, they call 6x to ask questions regarding the exact same prescriptions every month and talk openly and loudly so, everyone else waiting (as there’s always people waiting) for their prescriptions can hear, no privacy. They often don’t have the medication on hand and don’t inform you so when you go to pick it up, you don’t have what you ordered days in advance
so, you have to repeatedly keep going back and paying a dispensary fee each time. In addition then people coming into the pharmacy to just grab something quick get frustrated with you holding up the line when you called days ahead and should be able to do the same as the person you’re now impeding. After 3 months of frustration, I switched back to my wonderful pharmacy. The move was due to convenience as I work on property but, there’s no convenience offered. I rather drive the extra 10min for no aggravation. Go elsewhere.
While reading reviews I stumbled upon this cozy studio salon and I am so glad that I did. Dani Laura is the definition of perfection when it comes to cutting and colouring. She is an 'All Things Hair" expert who really knows her stuff and truly loves what she does. I’ve been getting so many compliments as a result of her talent and skill. 5+ stars!! You won't be disappointed.
Do not trust this company. In October 2022, I contracted Window Medics to replace a broken crank handle on a window. I paid a 50% deposit. Since then, I have gotten one delaying tactic after another from the company. The part is always going to be delivered next week, but when next week comes it's always next week again. This has been going on for four months now. The company refuses to return my deposit and says that all deposits are non-refundable. It also refuses to provide proof that the part
has even been ordered. My only recourse now is to sue through small-claims court to get my deposit back. This company is not trustworthy not are they professional. If they were, they would simply return my deposit.
owner Kris and management manipulate and back stab all employees, trys to get them to work against each other or they will set you up to where you look like you did wrong. owner always puts employees lives on line with broken tools, parts, trucks and equipment uses duck tape to fix and hold trucks together. does not follow safety procedures does not want to fix trucks on a timely manner but expects you to drive. does not want you to report mechanical issues down in log book just put it on paper
. all personal information is discussed with other employees, when there is an employees that is fired or quitting the management and owner takes it upon themselves to let everyone know. the owner and management spread more gossip to everyone then the employees. owner does not follow his contract, does not give you full time hours your benefits don't apply till after a year. owner will always blame you or someone else. if the truck breaks down he blames the operator. and in most case expects you to pay the bill. if you truck is broken he will send it out to site and breaks down 20 minut into the job he will charge customer 4 hrs.
if you tell the owner or management no you are not a part of there so call team player. the list goes on. do not work here. look at other reviews for this company. it is a very toxic work place

We were referred to Pediadent as my son is fully blind and struggled to get adequate cleanings done at our regular dentist. Our last experience there was very unfortunate, therefore, I would not recommend this dentist. I brought my 13 year old son in for a cleaning and the dental hygienist refused to do it because he had not taken a stress dose of cortisol prior to the appointment. I explained to her that it was not necessary to increase his medication for a cleaning as the note on the file was
only for dental procedures that required sedation. She left us waiting there for over an hour and half while she researched stuff and argued with the office manager who also told her that a stress dose wasn't necessary. I finally decided to leave after nearly 2 hours of waiting - the office manager was very apologetic and insisted she would call us back to reschedule with another DH and that we would be reimbursed at least for the parking that cost $14. I called to follow-up a week later when I hadn't heard from her and attempted to book another appointment for my son who desperately needed a cleaning at this point as he struggles with oral care due to being blind and autistic. The receptionist said the manager would call me back instead of allowing me to just book an appointment. I waited 2 more weeks without a call back and attempted to call the office several times without ever getting an answer. I finally decided to schedule an appointment for my son at our original dentist and had to call Pediadent again to request his recent X-rays and other file information. They of course did not answer so I left a message and received a call back a week later. I mentioned never receiving a call back from the manager and asked if I can make a complaint with the dental office for being refused services for no legitimate reason after taking time off work, taking my son out of school, and spending $14 on parking just to sit in their office for 2 hours while their DH googled information about my son's medical condition. She also made comments about my appearance and how I didn't look old enough to be his mother which made me feel like she was undermining my knowledge regarding his condition and medication requirements. The staff members are not friendly either - the only person there who is kind and welcoming is Vivi.
Consider your self very Lucky if Denise is your Realtor and if she is not you’re probably waisting your time. Very hard working mother and actually loves her job and will go above and beyond to make you satisfied with your purchase. This is the third house I bought in 20 years and he has been just awesome: very knowledgeable, honest, reassuring, proactive, thoughtful and having the best interest of his client at heart. Seriously from one cook to another. The lamb last night was tasteless, with barely any au jus to dab your piece of meat in. I mean the sauce is what you are looking for going to a restaurant since its so time consuming to make at home.
And where was the crust. The server sold me the crust on that lamb. Yet didn't much more than oversalted peppered crust.
The tenderloin was really basic, and again no sauce. As dry as a steak that briefly stays warm.
On the good side the tuna tartare
was satisfying to everyone, especially after eating the chips separately and waiting for the bread to arrive. Because it's just so much better with your bread. Let's stay real, the chips are kind of sweet and just overpower the tuna.
The shrimp were good but not crazy.
The cake Curaçao chocolate + orange ganache + orange something. Can we cut down on the orange flavor please?!

Had lunch 1Smoked meat other chicken salad. chicken salad was sour not even a sorry or anything.ordered another smoked meat to compensate.I had to ask if the chicken salad was sour and I was told yes we threw it out.No sorry or can we do anything else for you.I just spent over $50. in that place as I purchased other things to bring home but I’ll never go back.

Sales clerk was incredibly rude and it seemed like I was inconveniencing her.
I went in to try on the jackets I purchased. Neither fit me nice so I refused them both.
As I was trying them on I was told I would have to return to get my refund another day. When I told her I couldn't come back due to my work hours and the mall hours. She refused until I said I will go to head office.
I asked a few times for assistance looking for an alternative
coat. She had no interest in helping me! My friend than asked what other coat brands do you have. Another sales clerk told me only this rack would be my size but they were way too big (5x) and I am a size 14. As I was trying to look around I was completely turned off wanting to even buy a coat as if felt like the sales associate didn't deal with anyone less you were petite.
I decided to take my refund and went else where.
This hurt mentally and was very hurtful. I went home crying because I am very hard working with a debilitating inflammatory disease and was judged by how I looked.
I told friends, family and another store what happened and they were shocked. She told me I wasn't a big girl and didn't serve what happened. She suggested I contact the company. I decided to and two weeks later and I have not heard back or been acknowledged.
Everyone I mentioned this too have decided not to give this store their business.
If they treated me this way, how many more have they done this too!
