This place is shady. They call themselves a rescue while operating a husky/dog breeding mill/racket and boarding business. Dogs are kept in substandard, unclean cages/ pens/trailers with inadequate shelter & no adequate free run area.The dogs look emotionally depressed /traumatized.

So lucky to have found Morning Star Ranch! Our 2 horses receive attentive, high quality care ( not easy to find in the South Okanagan) and the indoor and outdoor amenities meet all our needs. Sabrina is a conscientious, hands on owner and Darren works continuously to keep the property in top shape.
It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I just got done disturbing text conversation with the owner Chaz, after he hung up on me. I made the mistake of asking when he was going to pay for the damages to my elderly father's fence that were incurred due to his snow removal of the apartment next door. My favorite part of the text conversation is this a direct quote, "Stevie wonder can see the fence is shit and crappy built."
It was of course built by a Master Carpenter of 45 years who
owns the fence. He had already admitted wrong doing had quotes provided for repairing the fence but my father being a gentleman offered to settle at a $500 check to cover the cost of materials and a little bit of labor for him to repair himself. it is my understanding that the quotes varied between $650 and $1,500.
After not paying for several months I followed up to see if we could get my 76-year-old father a bit of money so he can afford to repairs.
Chaz told me he doesn't want to pay because of the afore mentioned shape of the fence which had received a fresh coat of stain and is built with treated posts into concrete bases. and has been there without ussie for years.
He then threatened to call the building inspector, not sure what good that will do, but I appreciate that instead of paying a small sum for repairs and after admitting fault he's trying to skirt paying and somehow get my father in trouble?
Moving forward my friends please don't use Dynamic Snow and Mow.

A Disastrous Experience with Incompetent Management
It is with great disappointment and frustration that I write this review for Tunnel Hill Campground. Before I delve into the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, it is important to address the suspicious influx of positive reviews that appeared in the weeks leading up to my visit. It is evident that these reviews were either written by staff members or coerced by the management, showcasing the poor integrity of the resort and its employees
. Furthermore, the resort's passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews only highlight their unprofessionalism.
First and foremost, the language barrier with the management and staff was incredibly frustrating. It was nearly impossible to communicate or get any answers regarding the exorbitant additional fees that were unexpectedly added to my reservation. Despite already paying a deposit of $160 when I made the reservation online, I was shocked to find an additional $356 tacked onto my fees upon arrival. This was on top of the agreed-upon $800 for the site rental, resulting in a total payment of over $1300 just to step foot on the site. The lack of transparency and the inability to obtain any refund or explanation due to the language barrier was beyond infuriating. To add insult to injury, a few days into our stay, the owner demanded another $200 deposit without providing any valid reason.
The inconveniences continued with the campground's washroom facilities. The washrooms were locked after 8 pm, solely because the owner slept in a nearby room and disliked people coming and going. This rule was abruptly enforced after my partner showered at midnight the previous night, resulting in the owner singling out my family. Additionally, the disabled washroom was locked 24/7, reserved exclusively for the owner and his family. Such discriminatory practices are unacceptable.
Furthermore, the limited garbage disposal times from 6am to 6 pm were a major inconvenience. If this measure was truly implemented to protect against wildlife, the management should ensure that the garbage accumulated from each day is promptly emptied and removed off site at 6pm in order to keep bears and wildlife from being attracted to the area . However, the garbage bins remained untouched, indicating that the management simply did not want to bear the cost of proper disposal. This is further evidenced by the absurdly small trash bag size rule and the limit of only one bag per day.
While the campground claims to offer free internet, it is only available near the office, rendering it practically useless for the majority of the park. To make matters worse, the management made it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable for campers to access the internet. Without any prior notice, they posted "no loitering" signs around the common area, targeting individuals who were simply using their mobile devices or computers. It is important to note that sitting on the concrete and using the internet does not constitute loitering. Witnessing the owner and the one English-speaking employee bully and insult a camper based on his age and correct refusal to leave the internet available area was utterly disgraceful. The management should familiarize themselves with the definition of loitering in both local law and the English dictionary.
Lastly, the constant surveillance by the owner, who would slowly drive through the park every few hours, made my wife uncomfortable and ultimately cut our stay short. The feeling of being constantly watched is not conducive to a relaxing camping experience.
In conclusion, my experience at Tunnel Hill Campground was nothing short of a disaster. The incomprehensible management, exorbitant fees, inconvenient facilities, discriminatory practices, and overall unprofessionalism have left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise potential campers to seek alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and integrity.
We just purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Vancouver Island Used Vehicles (Courtney Mazda). Austin Pridge was our salesperson. Very sharp young man. He answered all of our questions and treated us well. We called ahead and told him of the vehicles we were interested in. He had the full Carfax printed out for these vehicles when we got there. We received good service from everyone we talked with there.

In the past i have written good reviews because it was worthy,,,, sadly not anymore more. The past two times i have had deliveries was way below what customers service. I have worked in customers service for many year and I know what kind of service should be receiving.
The second to last delivery was a two ring phone call. I am a senior, I don't sit right by the phone all the time and after two rings i made it to the phone just before the third ring. He was already gone. Come one. two rings
. This last delivery today he didn't ring me at all, he just left my box in the open lobby along with a few other packages for other tenants. He was asked by one of the tenant if he should be delivering them. He dumped them in the lobby and told her that they will be delivered right here, and walked out. If i wasn't down in the lobby checking my mail I never would have seen them. I can get delivery from another company I would. Shame on you Intelcom. Get some drivers and delivery who cares. After years prior of trying to find a good hairdresser I grealty appreciate that I can trust her to try new styles, or stay with my same old familiar cut. I contracted Moe at Ice Blue Steel to complete a railing on a new deck that is a cable with a wooden railing. The wooden railing was finished in Nov 2022 and in November wet weather they sealed the wood. By March 2023 the wooden railing was full of black mould, mildew, cracks in the wood. It looked like a terrible eyesore. 4 months after it was installed. After several attempts to contact Moe who did the work at Ice Blue Steel, the response finally was, we will come sand it to see if we can fix
it. They tried to fix it but it is so rotten and stained that it still looks horrible. and after that they said that they cant and wont do anything further and that. "You shouldn't have used wood for the railing and if you want us to replace it you will have to pay for it." So brutal and unbelievably unprofessional not to fix their very own defects with the install and finishing that they directly caused within a 4 month timeframe. Do not use this company. They do not stand by their work at all.
Luckily my contractor Matthew Page (Page 1 Projects) who built the deck for us, is offering to pick up the poor work and ethics of this company and make the replacement because he stands by his projects even when the subtrades like Ice Blue Steel don't.
Well I have had the worst taxi experience of my life in a Eco taxi, My 72 year old uncle had just got out of the hospital with liver disease, His liver had failed and We were in need of starting to get his affairs in order so we were on the way to the bank. We called an Eco Taxi to get us there, My uncle is 72 and set in his ways and likes to go a certain way to the bank and he would like to be dropped at the door as he has a problem walking . Now normally the Cab driver listens to his directions
and tries to do his best, Unfortunately our Driver (Dave Fraiser ) started to tell My uncle he was an inconvenience to him in the nastiest of ways , when i explained to my uncle we were not going to have the taxi wait (normally the driver waits well we do our business) as i was sure we could get another driver with better manners and we will call another one to go home ,Dave Fraiser threatened to toss my Uncle and myself out of the taxi 3 Blocks from the bank , told me to shut my mouth when i started to debate it with him and cursed at us both the rest of the way to the bank , it was a terrible experience as we had no choices of getting out and walking at that point as my uncle cant walk that far, so we were forced to take his verbal abuse till we reached our destination, i will never load my senior citizen Uncle into one of these taxis again as it was my uncle that was the drivers target for abuse....unfriendly for seniors...
The Red Dog crew were reliable and hardworking, no matter cold, wet or hot weather. Rick himself guided the custom house project from ground work up to near finishing and I could always count on his expertise to do the work right. I would not hesitate to see Red Dog first if I have future projects.

Bought brand new rv it was in terrible condition after i recived it and set it up roof leaked and dozens of other issues asked to cancel contract and they lied to me saying they couldnt. Uoin further investigation the bank you gave the loan said its soly on them to do. Complete lies. Gave it back with in 48 hrs over 2 weeks ago now im in collections on an rv i dont have and dont want. As the customer service was terrible and they lied straight to my face . Very disgusting will never recommend these

New is new not given with full grey tank leaking roof,cracked trim and cut short all over, no exterior caulking, no and at least 10 other things.

Its pretty terrible. Dangerous and dirty. The product is not as good as other places I've worked. I think that if his dad didn't keep him busy with the orders from Starline, the company wouldn't last more than a couple months on its own.
Did a drop in for reflexology and they were able to take me right away which was great. I found it quiet, relaxing and clean. This is my 2nd visit and would recommend it to anyone. Will definately return.

I had Craftsman Drafting Service do some work for myself. When Randal was finished the drawings were very poor quility. I talked to Randal to have the plans to be redone 3 times. Finally i had to fire Craftsman Drafting Service. I dont recommend Craftsman Drafting Service.
