My Mom made the move to Chartwell 3 months ago. Truthfully, we have not seen Mom this settled and happy since Dad passed away 12 years ago. She has really found her niche and is living her best life as a senior. She is loving all the activities that are offered at Chartwell and she is making new friends. Mom is a very independent senior and now that she is living here, I know she wishes that she would have made the move to Chartwell a few years ago. Thank you Chartwell!
We had a wide-ranging needs to build a complex working website, and Didsbury delivered. They also created specific add-on graphics for very simple event-based websites. They were responsive and prompt. They gave us options and pricing on each: they worked within our budget and we felt we got big bang for our bucks. In a marketplace that is largely cut and paste website that LOOK like they were cut and paste, we got bold contemporary feel and functionality. In our economy, that rates an A+
. Before we retool our websites next year, we will have a discussion with DC first.

They resolved an issue with CRA about 10 years back, now Emma and Wendy flagged another irregularity, in what my securities company was doing in the charging of fees. Once I confronted my Financial advisor, he checked into it, and yes, back 18 months ago they changed how they charge for the service, however they did not delete
the old format of charging, so it was in effect double charging for service. For me, the problem has now been resolved, but the financial advisor now has to check over all the other accounts to make sure they have not been affected. Keep up the great work! Well worth the drive from Edmonton. Had them put a bumper on hold for me, when I arrived it was quickly brought to the front. Rahim took it to my jeep to make sure it matched, as I requested. He also loaded it up for me after the purchase. The price was great, customer service too. I will definitely be recommending them to my family, friends and associates. Rahim has a great sense of humour keep up the great work.

Purchased what I was told was a brand-new truck. Found out it needs over $13K of paint and bodywork/parts replaced to be in "new condition". They deny it and will not help look into it for us. Extremely poor customer service.
Fantastic service. I am 79 , new to the city, do not know my way around, and i was deeply stressed, the service i received was just the thing to hold my scattered nerves together. Hassan drove me to The Chinook Hospital, showed me where Emergency was and how to find my husband who had been brought in earlier in the morning. He was a complete life saver, such courtesy and helpfulness was so appreciated. Next few days Abdul came to pick me up and return me from the hospital. I can not say enough good

Bought a watch for $179 & tax. When I got home and put it on it didn’t work. I took the watch back on Monday and was told that the watch was on sale because it didn’t work and they don’t have batteries for it and I could go to a watch store and buy a battery for $25.00 but they didn’t think the other jewelry stores in the mall carried them. I was totally shocked. Who would buy a $190 watch that didn’t work. In the meantime while I was talking to the clerk she told me I would have to wait while
she looked after every customer in the store. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed she was off and that I would have to return the next day if I wanted to talk to her. I called Swarovski to file a complaint but they have not returned my call and it has been 4 days since I contacted them. The Cross Iron store made no apology and did not try to rectify the situation. True reflection on Swarovski. Worst customer service ever.

I was happily surprised !

And everyone else I contacted
needed a minimum of 48 hours for these types of repairs!

I was charged 1200$ 700$ damage deposit for a month, but was advised I would have to do light housework keeping- turned into me being Only person cleaning house, then items of mine went missing, very cold overnight in house as owner turns temp to 18, the other “tenant” insulting me after I cleaned up after her, owner yelling at me not once but twice, and agreed to let me leave early, said would return damage deposit but story kept changing- so basically payed 1900$ Then her drunk boyfriend threatening
me when I was leaving. Owner doesn’t respond to any texts or calls unless it has to do with her or her agendas, very bad experience. Tenant who lives there for a year says she hates living there and owner only wants more $. Very bad experience staying at this inn.
Reviews in other websites were all positive before I stayed at location, then I saw that they block sone reviews- I’m assuming that the negative reviews were blocked, that’s very disappointing, as was the stay here.
Still trying to contact owner to confirm damage, no answer, of course.
I do not recommend staying here.
I had told them I needed a quiet place to heal, they took advantage of me, expecting me to do all housework, we’re very insensitive to me talking about my injury, yelled at me, called me names, and basically increased my stress levels beyond belief. I would not trust this person, her boyfriend or the other person at all. Still disappointed that my very rare buddha was stolen as well as ky hammock and a few other items ( owner says I just have “misplaced” the items), she also said she is going to charge me with defamation, when all of the above is 100% truth. And yet, she goes and tries to set narrative that aim crazy. I told the truth to everyone and I will continue to tell the truth. Do not stay here.
Wow. I called Boston Pizza in Hinton all the way from Austin, TX to put in an order for my mom who is in the local hospital recuperating from a hip fracture and surgery. Casey (hope I got the spelling right) went way above and beyond to help me make my mom's dinner super special despite all the long distance issues we faced. The experience I have had each time I have gone to visit Mr. Basaraba, everyone on the team is very kind and compassionate. Always, very open and willing to help in any way they can. I have never felt as though I was just a number. They truly genuinely care about you and your well-being.
When I sat in with Mr. Basaraba, he has a lot of knowledge to offer. Told me all the options I had to work with in regard to my case, so I felt as though I was more prepared and had more of an idea of what
path I should take moving forward.

Since they deleted the official google page to hide what they did to me here it is. On November 5, 2022, we were involved in a motor vehicle accident and the RCMP called Double L towing to tow our vehicle. While the operator, Keith D, was hooking up the vehicle, the alarm was constantly going off. I approached Keith and told him I could turn it off and he became abrasive and told me to go back to my vehicle. He then yelled at the peace officers to send me to my vehicle. Then, despite the fact that
we had arranged to have a collision company to receive the vehicle, Keith D drove away away before we could give him those instructions. We were not given any information as to where our vehicle would be taken, nor did we even know the name of the company that towed our vehicle. We were eventually able to find out the name of the company through various other channels of information. We were never contacted by Double L towing at anytime to tell us where our vehicle was. When we finally ascertained the location of the vehicle we went to Double L Towing and we’re given a bill of over 1200$, which included fees for impound which we would have avoided by using the collision centre we had arranged for. In addition, when the car was towed to the collision centre, it was sent without any paperwork. It took several days for the collision centre to realize that they had my car. I would like to add I am a person of colour and drive an very expensive vehicle I believe that Keith D treated me the way he did because of these facts. It is disappointing that vulnerable victims of a recent motor vehicle accident would be treated in such a callous and abrasive manner that made the experience even more difficult. To then have to track down or vehicle afterwards was an unnecessary situation that caused additional stress. I would like to be refunded for the added inconvenience and mistreatment.

We reached out to Tim after the huge dump of snow we had the beginning of November, to clear the snow at our place of business, which they had previously quoted us $250 per visit.
His plow guy came around 230pm and was done before 545pm (3.25hrs). As it continued to snow over the next couple of days, they came again on Sunday morning. They assured us that they will be done before we open at 9am and it woukd be way cheaper the second time plowing.
after 9am Sunday morning we got calls from clients unable to enter the property as the plow guys were stuck, blocking the driveway...nobody from this company contacted us to let us know there will be a delay...clients drove all the way out to the property and had to leave...by 1030am we got a text that tey were done.
Upon checking with the staff on site (24hrs) they confirmed that the plow guys spent approx 45min clearing the snow after getting unstuck. They also rushed the job (probably behind schedule as they needed other trucks to get the other plow unstuck), blocking every single gate to our property and fields.
I contacted them to correct the messy incomplete job...they came back to somewhat fix their sloppy work. The next day i viewed the 2 invoices fir the 2 days of plowing.. the first invoice we were charged for 5 hours at $150 per hour ($750) and for 6hrs the second day ($900.00) plus gst.
I called tim and asked him to explain the charges and he said that he charges for travel both ways and his guy got stuck...i asked him how he thinks it is fair for me to pay $1650+gst for 4 hours of actual plowing for which he responded that i am being unreasonable and ended the confversation.
I messaged him and attempted to call him a number of times, but he ignores me and very arogantly demands payment without explanation as to why i am being charged for 11 hours at $150/hr when they only did 4 hours of plowing. I had asked him to send me the correct invoice reflecting the actual plowing time...he refused and instead started writing bad reviews against our company and threatening to sue us for payment.
This past weekend we had a ton of snow misteriously plowed into our driveway and our sign vandelised...we got another plow company to clear the snow...and we got charged $200.00 all in...putting their billing into serious question.
Again beware...they will quote you one thing then charge over 3x more and if you refuse to pay, they will harrass you.
Was not too impressed with my experience with Sylvan Autopro. They list transmission service on their website so brought my truck in to get the transmission problem diagnosed. They told me the same thing I already knew, that the electronics tested OK and the problem must be internal. Instead of tearing into the transmission which is what I expected they just wanted to pull it and get it rebuilt elsewhere. Sorry but that is not transmission service! I give them 2 stars rather than 1 as they
I’d give no stars if it let me. Kaity has scammed at least over 10 couples from 2021-2022. She is mentally well enough to collect your $ and photograph your event, but that’s it folks, don’t expect to ever see your wedding photos. There are couples who’ve been waiting a year now with nothing. No memories of their day. Despicable
